Culoarea izvoraste din lumina! Noi suntem apti sa vedem o mare varietate de nuante. Retina noastra are in componenta sa 3 tipuri de receptori ai culorii sub forma de conuri care nu pot detecta decat 3 din aceste culori, si anume, culorile primare (rosu, verde si albastru). Aceste 3 culori sunt insa amestecate in proportii diferite, creand toate celelalte culori pe care noi le vedem.
Ne influenteaza culorile viata? Absolut, da! Fara urma de indoiala, culorile au efect asupra vietii noastre de zi cu zi. Scepticii isi fac aparitia peste tot. Dar ,trebuie sa stim ca semnificatia culorilor a fost cercetata si rezultatele au putut sa se aplice cu succes in crearea mediului de lucru, in cultivarea plantelor, in nutritie, psihologie, arta.
Faber Birren a sustinut ca, culorile luminoase sunt active, in timp ce acelea intunecate sunt pasive.In aceasta teorie, el a fost sustinut si de cercetatorii moderni japonezi. El defineste aceasta trasatura a culorilor prin asocierea lor cu doua stari: culorile calde sunt active si excitante- tonurile de rosu, iar cele reci sunt pasive si calmante: albastru,violet, verde.
Cromoterapia a castigat teren in zilele noastre! Cand vezi curcubeul,care este senzatia pe care o simti, cum aratam si cum ne manifestam. Suntem uimiti, fericiti, zambim larg si ne dorim ca toti sa vada ce vedem noi. Oricare ar fi starea noastra, aparitia curcubeului nu trece neobservata. Culorile acelea minunate ne fac sa uitam pentru cateva clipe de lucrurile neplacute de peste zi si sa retraim inocenta copilariei.
Beneficiile aduse de culori sunt multiple.Am putea sa intram oare intr-un loc mohorat, cu culori inchise si sa avem pretentia sa ne simtim si bine? Categoric,nu.
Vara suntem mai veseli si ne rasfatam in lumina si culoare, toamna ne napadeste melancolia, ne este dor de soare. Zambetul reapare cand o raza timida de soare ne atinge usor obrazul.
De regulile cromaticii a beneficiat si moda, industria textila. Sa zabovim putin asupra culorii rosii.Este o culoare luminoasa, stimuleaza sistemul nervos si apetitul.Si nu ne gandim neaparat la mancare. Apetitul sexual , dorinta si pasiunea sunt mai usor starnite cu aceasta culoare.Un neglijeu rosu este seducator, un chilot rosu este erotic.Rosul este perfect si preferat, de fapt, in toate articolele de lenjerie intima.
Rosul energizeaza la toate nivelurile, ne conecteaza cu corpul nostru.Inseamna vitalitate, curaj, incredere in sine.
